The Image Tours Team

Patrick has been working in the travel industry since 2005 and joined Image Tours in 2023. He graduated with a degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame. Patrick's dream vacation is to visit small towns and villages throughout Europe with his wife and kids, enjoying the local food and drink.

Beth has loved to travel since studying abroad in college where she met her husband on a flight to Spain! After graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 2000, she has worked in different advertising & marketing capacities while also managing the growing McIntyre family. Travel adventures, especially to new places, are her favorite way to make lasting memories.

Monique has been a part of Image Tours since 1978 when she started helping her father, Roelof Postmaa Jr., with administrative tasks on weekends. She attended Grand Valley State University. Monique led the operations of Image Tours from 2002-2023, and she continues to provide consultative support as a Board Member. Her favorite travel experiences include visiting family in the Netherlands and spending leisure time in the Austrian Alps.

After spending two years traveling abroad in Italy with Ferris State University, Julie joined the Image team in September of 2005. As Director of Business Operations, Julie ensures Image Tours is doing everything in its power to make your travel experience as enjoyable as possible. In her spare time, Julie enjoys gardening, working on the farm, playing the piano, woodworking, and reading. Her dream vacation is two weeks relaxing and exploring the small villages in the Austrian Alps

Justin brings more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership, strategic marketing, and travel-advisor partnerships. A Ferris State University graduate, Justin is dedicated to helping agencies grow through collaboration, business development, and personalized support. His industry leadership has earned him recognition as one of Travel Agent magazine’s Top Supplier Sales Representatives and Group Today magazine’s Top 10 Next Gen professionals, along with service as Chairman of the National Tour Association (NTA). Outside of Image Tours, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, watching hockey, playing golf and enjoying the outdoors. His dream vacation would be to visit Lithuania.

Britny joined the Image Tours Sales team in 2025. She is a Certified Tour Professional through the National Tour Association, and in 2025, she was honored as one of Groups Today’s Next Gens, recognizing her rising talent in the group travel industry. Outside of work, Britny enjoys visiting local Grand Rapids breweries, cozying up with a good book, and camping. Her dream vacation is Fiji or Greece… or anywhere with palm trees, water, and mountain views.

Rachel earned her BA in German from Calvin University. From 2001 - 2002 Rachel joined Image Tours in the Sales department. After a brief hiatus including volunteer work in Ukraine, Rachel returned to Image Tours in 2005. Currently she is the European Operations Manager, where she makes tour dreams come true. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys Pilates, weight-lifting, watching American football and shopping. Rachel’s dream vacation is to take a bicycle tour through the Netherlands.

Michael joined the Image Tours team in 2025 with a passion for travel. Michael serves on the Operations Team, making sure everything runs smoothly in Europe. He recently visited one of his “bucket-list destinations” by traveling to Venice with Image Tours. He hopes to someday make it to Iceland.

Daral graduated from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan and has been a dedicated member of the Image Tours team since 1993, where he serves as the Advertising Manager. Outside of his professional life he enjoys skiing, sports, classical music, and investing (especially when the market goes up). His dream vacation is anywhere there’s warmth and sunshine during Michigan’s winter.

After earning her MBA from Davenport University, Monica started with Image Tours in 2023 as a Reservations and Marketing Coordinator. Outside of work, she enjoys adventure, from lake sports to skiing and snowmobiling. She is an avid reader, crafter and sewer. Most of all, she cherishes time with her family and two adorable grandchildren. Her dream vacation includes her family joining her on an African safari or a scuba diving expedition.

After graduating from Grand Valley State University, Rachel Lynn joined Image Tours in January of 2024 and serves as Operations Specialist. Outside of work she loves visiting the beach and reading. Her dream vacation would be a trip to the Greek Islands!

After graduating from college, Heather spent time in Nashville, TN before returning to Grand Rapids and finding Image Tours in 2026. As your Reservation Specialist, she’s the voice you hear when calling to book your tours. When not talking travel, she enjoys visiting new coffee shops, reading in coffee shops, and trying new coffee. Her dream vacation is to see the Northern Lights in Norway, or drink a Malbec at a vineyard in Argentina.

Nicole worked for Image Tours from 2013-2018, then left to begin her journey into motherhood. Picking up where she left off, she rejoined the team in 2026. If she’s not driving to soccer or picking up more groceries, you can find her listening to an audiobook with knitting needles in hand. She and her family enjoy traveling around their home state of Michigan, but one day Nicole dreams to visit the countries of Scandinavia, Iceland and Scotland.

Eveline joined Image Tours in 2000 and worked part time from home. She graduated from Aquinas College with an accounting degree and LOVES chocolate. Her dream vacation would be a ski trip in Vail, Colorado.

Kathleen joined the team at Image Tours in 2014. She graduated from Grove City College in Pennsylvania. She enjoys exploring nature with her camera in her free time. Her dream vacation would be photographing the mountains of New Zealand.
