Instructions for the Shuttle Bus Transfer between Newark
(or LaGuardia) Airport and JFK Airport
On your way to Europe
1) Upon arrival at Newark (EWR) or LaGuardia Airport (LGA), claim your luggage at the baggage claim carousel.
2) The Ground Transportation Service Desk, located in the baggage claim area, can direct you to the next shuttle bus departing for JFK Airport. The cost of the shuttle transfer to JFK Airport is approximately $25 per person. The transfer takes approximately 1 to 2 hours, varying with traffic conditions.
3) Upon boarding the shuttle bus, advise the driver that you are going to Singapore Airlines departure counter, Terminal 4.
4) When you arrive at JFK Terminal 4, disembark from the bus and proceed to the Singapore Airlines counter to check in for your international flight.

On your return from Europe
1) Upon landing at JFK Airport, you will be directed through passport control, baggage claim, and customs.
2) The Ground Transportation Service Desk can direct you to the next shuttle departing for Newark or LaGuardia Airport. The cost is approximately $25 per person. The transfer takes approximately 1 to 2 hours, varying with traffic conditions.
3) Upon boarding the bus, advise the driver if you are departing from Newark (EWR) or LaGuardia (LGA) Airport and give the name of the airline you are flying domestically.
4) When you arrive at Newark or LaGuardia Airport near the check-in area of your domestic airline, disembark from the bus and proceed to the counter to check in for your domestic flight.
